Key West Concierge Orthopedics may send SMS text messages to patients and contacts who separately consent to receive practice text messages.
Messages may include office location updates, office schedule updates, practice access information, and general administrative communication.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to receive medical care, schedule an appointment, complete intake paperwork, make a payment, or use the practice's services. Patients who do not consent to SMS may communicate with the practice by phone or other available methods.
Mobile opt-in information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
